The first of a series of tv commercials created by ad agency DM9 JaymeSyfu for Philippine tourism which invites people to specific fiestas (festivals) celebrated in the different parts of the archipelago.
Panagbenga celebrates the beautiful flowers of Baguio City (the summer capital of the country) in the month of February where flowers are turned into floats and people dance in colorful costumes that parade all around the city.
